Booking is very simple and you can do it over the phone, by email or via our web page, where you’ll find up-to-date information on all our rooms and prices.

Of course you can, and as long as you do it 48 hours before your planned arrival, we’ll refund your deposit. Please remember that we can’t refund deposits or booking fees paid to other webs (Booking, Hostelworld, Hostelclub, etc.). In these cases, please ask the website you
booked through for the refund. If you are a group, please consult our group-cancellation policy.

The moment you make your booking you will be asked to pay a deposit corresponding to the first night. Once you have paid the deposit, your booking is confirmed. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer, giving us your credit card details or directly via our web page.

All our prices include accommodation, breakfast and VAT – so what you see is what you pay!

Check-in is open from 1pm to 10pm.

You have to check out before 10.30am. Ask us about the possibility of late check-out.

Minors can only stay at the hostel if they are accompanied by a responsible adult, and never sharing a room with other adults.

The covered, locked carpark costs 8€ per day.

All your bedding – sheets, pillow and quilt – is included in the price. Towels can be rented for 2€ each.

No, but guide dogs are welcome.

Yes, we have a fully-fitted kitchen for guest use, with a fridge, ceramic hob, dish-washer and micro-wave.

Yes, there are 2 big supermarkets less than 5 minutes’ walk away.

Yes, you can cancel your booking without charge, as long as you give us 24 hours’ notice
